And so we have a new
WST Champion - Koja!
As we summarize this years WST we could say it was a success for the
Belgrade crew once again. Players from Pazova should be also satisfied.
Their favourite MCT did failed to expectations, but there
is one good thing in all that. They got Gole who was the star of this
years WST. He went all the way to the semifinals calmer than anyone,
believing strongly in himself. Maybe luck was not on his side, but I'm
sure he'll be even better in the future.
The Czech crew was also very strong this year. Their favourite Geos was
very good, but as a rookie on WST's I supposeh he lacked some WST experience
to do better against Koja. Expect some improvements in his gameplay next
year, not to mention all other Czechs! ;)
SWOS school from
Paracin also made a remarkable success reaching the 1/8 finals of WST for
the first time in their history. Marishte is the man they should pray in
Paracin these days...
Mika from Poland played
his first WST this year, and although he didn't score any remarkable
achievments on the tournament, he is more than happy to be in Backa
Palanka to meet Sensible Soccer player, to chat with them and of course to
play with some good SWOS players. He was perhaps a bit too nervous, but
next year it will be a whole new story for him.
