GENERAL RULES:
Awards issued by SRJ are available to all licensed radio amateurs
and shortwave listeners throughout the world. All applications must
include a GCR list of Yugoslav radio amateur stations with whom contacts
were established. Contacts with Yugoslav stations may be made on all
amateur bands, using all modes of transmission. Contacts via repeaters
and other active translators are not allowed. Award fee is 10 IRC’s.
